Information about policy and procedures from First Canada are in the Employee Handbook.  It covers things like the alcohol & drug policy and employee discount program, and operator policies around appearance and radio communication.  If you do not have a copy, please contact your Supervisor or Manager for your copy. Please note these are First Canada’s policies and procedures. If you have questions about the policy or procedure speak to your Supervisor or Manager.
